The Nurse Coach is a health coaching and advocacy service that offers personalized guidance and support to individuals looking to improve their physical, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being. We work with clients to co-create customized plans that fit their unique needs and goals.
Your coaching journey will begin with a free consultation to assess your needs and goals. Together, we can determine which service package best fits your needs. During our first session we will establish specific goals and co-create a personalized plan toward each goal. Each coaching session we will follow up on your progress, provide resources for additional assistance as needed, celebrate your successes, and re-evaluate the approach toward the more difficult goals.
